During the construction boom glass manufacturers product turn-around time was 4 weeks!  The small glass shop orders were put behind the large commercial job orders.  Glass manufacturers at that time didn't care about the "little guy" and their cash flow needs.  That is when we went into manufacturing.  Our purpose was and currently is to service the small glass shops to ensure they receive their product on time so that they can service their customers and meet their  cash flow needs.

Established in 2006

We have grown from just fabricating and tempering bath enclosures to manufacturing insulated glass products, laminating glass product and fabricating architectural aluminum products. We are always looking for ways to provide our customers with full service. We continue to bring in new equipment and man-power so that we can reduce the turn-around time in fabricated parts.

Our goal is very simple, it is to provide Quality, Accuracy, Quick Turn-Around and Great Customer Service.

Our Team

James Ross
General Manager

James came to AGI in August, 2019 with a wealth of experience in manufacturing and glazing to become our Director of Operations.  Having grown up in a machine shop, James brought technical expertise and machine knowledge which allowed him to direct day to day operations with a keen understanding of the challenges on the factory floor.  James also ran a successful small business himself before coming on board with AGI, which helps him to understand the challenges of our customers.

James brings with him a focus on safety, quality, customer relationships and efficiency.  During his time with AGI, James had helped to develop a safer, more effective facility which will enable AGI to grow and support our customers.  You are just as likely to find James on the shop floor, operating a machine while training a new employee as you will find him out on the road supporting our customers and listening to their needs.

James was promoted to General Manager on 1/1/2022 to lead AGI into the future.   

Ramiro
Sales Manager

Ramiro has been with AGI since it opened in 2006.  He has grown from the position of driver to a  Sales Manager.

Ramiro visits every customer once a month to ensure that we are meeting their needs.  

​Ramiro also works closely with the Director of Operations on shop production which allows him to directly address each customer's fabrication needs.

​Ramiro's dedication, professionalism and persistence has contributed to AGI's success.

Carissa
​​Office and Customer Service Manager

Carissa has been with the company since 2013.  She began as a Customer Service Manager and continues to take on additional responsibilities that earned her the additional title of Office Manager.

Carissa treats every customer with respect and works very hard to keep them happy.  She always looks for ways to meet each customer's needs and doesn't hesitate to contact a customer if there is a question regarding an order.

Carissa keeps the office organized and running smoothly.  She is a very valuable member of our team.

Architectural Glass Industries is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.  We accept quotes and orders via email and fax.
